With the new launch of mobile forms coming out I have a question!

    Will each user filling out a form on the mobile app have to have their own jotform account? Or will we be able to deploy our forms from our account to workers, and then just whoever has the link is able to complete a form and submit? Thanks!

    The JotForm Mobile Forms app has two different options: 

    - Fill out form: This works within the app, this means that the app will load the form and allow you to fill the form, for this option it's required to download the app, have a JotForm account and log in, but this only works for the form's owner. 

    - Share Form: This will allow you to share your form with any social network/app so anyone can fill it out, this does not require a JotForm account and will provide the users with an URL that will be loaded in a web browser. 

    If your purpose is to have others filling out your form, then you would need to use the "Share Form" option.

    So in the Share Form option... are users still able to submit without internet connection though?

    Hi @HuttonSafetygroup,

    Users would still need an internet connection to be able to submit the form and transfer the form data to be stored on the Jotform Servers.
