How can I find RSVP templates?

    All I (& I am sure thousands) are looking for is a simple RSVP form for family events, Cookouts, Birthday Parties, Holiday Dinners, Wedding Rehearsal dinner that shows the names of all those that are coming to an event.

    Seems very strange that you have no template for this, nor is RSVP list in "Most Popular"

    We are all NOT techies, just consumers who need a simple RSVP for.
