PDFs are not being attached, but submission emails are set to include attachments

    Hi team,

    We have our form set to include PDFs when someone submits a jotform, but it seems to have stopped working and I can't figure out why. I tried reverting the form and have confirmed the setting but all of my test submissions are not including PDFs. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi @ThrivehiveGateHouseAuto!

    There was a known issue with PDF attachments not being sent out correctly. This issue has been fixed earlier today and the forms should be back to normal. I have cloned your form and made a test submission and was able to receive the email notification and the attached PDF file of the submission data. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue or if you have any other questions.
