Struggling with payment integration for my form, the new Square account won't save.

    I want to switch Square accounts that the payments are going to and/or switch to PayPal but neither is keeps defaulting to the account that was first set up.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following in your form?

    1) Clearing your forms cache:

    2) Clearing your browsers cache, or using a different browser.

    3) Disconnecting the exiting Square account:


    4) Then connecting with your new Square account.

    5) Finally, please make sure to click on the Continue button, so the change is saved:


    If you want to use PayPal, try the first two steps from the above instructions, then delete the payment field, and add the PayPal one:

    Forgot to mention, your form is currently in sandbox mode, so if you are ready to launch it, please put it in live mode to receive real payments.
