The Create Form button is not working.

    I am unable to create a form.  Clicking on the button does nothing.  I've tried in IE and in Chrome. I've also tried clearing my cache but it didn't help.

    Did I miss a step when I set up my account? Why can't I create a form?

    Can I ask you to verify your account? The issue should be this. Please check your email address and verify your account. After, you can use this link to create forms.

    I'm not clear what you mean by verify my account as I did not receive any emails asking me to do that. I did verify my email address yesterday after I set the account up. The link you provide is working so I'll just use it but it would be nice if the other button worked.

    Could you please try again? If the issue persists, please open your browser's console report, take a screenshot of it, and share it on this thread, that might indicate the cause of the issue.
