Getting "There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing." but no errors are visible and chrome debugger console not showing any hints.

Form is live at and is in test mode so it won't charge any card that's entered.

How can I find what field(s) aren't working?

This form is embedded in a Hugo static website and it appears to work when I use it directly from

so am guessing it's some javascript library conflict that's keeping it from working but not sure where to look next.

I have been testing your form, but since it contains a payment I was unable to submit the form; however, it performed the payment data validation and it triggered the following error:

This means that the only thing that prevented the submission is the fake payment info.

Are you experiencing the same issue while using the direct form URL?

May you please kindly provide some screenshots about the issue?

It would be helpful to get images from the entire form so we can see what may be causing errors, this guide will help you uploading the images to this forum thread: How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum

Note that attached images via email replies will not reach this thread.

We will wait for your response.

I found the problem was in the Telephone number field that was made up of country code, area code, and number fields.  I had +1 as a hint in the country code which made it look like there was something in it, but I didn't actually enter any data so it failed validation.

There is a slight bug in that composite Telephone number field that if you enable country code and make the whole field required, and then don't fill in country code, it does NOT show an error message to let you know that it's the country code that's still required.

I fixed by dropping country code and switching to input-mask so it's just a single field and now everything is happy.  You may want to test and try that country code field yourself though and fix up the error message display.

    Hello Jason,

Thank you for the detailed explanation on how to replicate the problem. Indeed, the phone field triggers an error, but if you skip the field and go straight to click the submit button, it triggers the overall form field required error, but it does not tell you what field has an error.

    See below of my test:

I have raised this thread to our backend team to let them know about this problem and for further troubleshooting. Once we have an update, you should know it here.
