Transactions from my payment form are not appearing in my account

    I have a credit card payment form set up to send transactions through authorize.net. It is form number 82624883433159  It was working fine. Today I used it for a transaction.  I got no error messages.  I got the expected success page, but the transaction never appeared in my authorize.net account.  I am at a loss as to how to track down the problem.  Help!

    I checked your form and could see that you had received submissions with donations on this form. The transaction numbers for the payment shows that payment was made. Do ensure that the Authorize.net credentials in your form i.e. the API login and transaction key are correct.

    I can see that there are 46 submissions in total for this form, with few payments also. Have you not received any payments from this form in your Authorize.net account. I would request you to please contact Authorize.net support also to check as to why the payment is not getting reflected in your account, since the payment and form is successfully processed from Jotform end.

    Thank you for looking into this.  As it happens the transaction showed up in authorize.net a day late.  I have asked them for help understanding what happened.  Thanks for your help.
