New submitted Forms - no notifications on iPhone 5

    Can someone please help me? I used to get notifications on my iPhone 5 when a new form was submitted, but now nothing.

    I have my notifications ON for Jotform on my iPhone 5, but nothing is sent to me.


    Is there something I need to do on my end or is there a bug?


    Hope someone can help me as this is an important feature for my busines as most of the work is done on the go.

    Hi there, 

    You mentioned that you do not receive notifications on your Iphone.  DO you receive them when you check on a PC? It should make no difference what type of device you use to check your e-mails. 

    I have checked the address that should be receiving the notifications and it is not on our bounce list.

    I made a clone of your form and included your e-mail address as a recepient of the notifications for the clone.   I received the notification without any problems.  Did you receive it?

    Instant Notifications on the JotForm iPhone app is now fixed. Thank you for your patience.
