Inbox View & PDF Editor: Not receiving email to download the export data of all submissions in PDF.

    gelen formları pdf olarak (hepsini) indirmek için işlem yapıyorum, mail adresinize gönderildi demesine rağmen mail gelmiyor. yardımcı olabilir misiniz?

    incoming forms as pdf (all of them) I'm processing to download, even though it says it was sent to your mail address does not come. can you help me?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form by sending a test submission and the auto-responder email I received does display the attached submission PDF without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:

    Do you mean to say that you have are not able to export your submissions in PDF? I would suggest you to please try again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    there is no problem opening and downloading the file.

    The problem I'm having is as follows, I don't have the bulk download link from my email.

    Thank you for sharing screenshot with us. It seems you are exporting all submissions in PDF from "Inbox" view. I am escalating this issue to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this.

    For now, I would suggest you to please go to PDF editor and try to download the submission form there. Please check the screenshot below:

    When I clicked there it says that it was sent as an email.

    However, my email address does not receive such a message.

    Hello,

    We tried to download all submissions as pdf in your form and they are emailed as it should. It might have been temporary issue. Can you please check again?
