How to delete fillable PDF form?

I made a fillable form for one of my forms, but now I don't want it. How do I delete it without deleting my original form?

Please note that you can delete the PDF form from "PDF Editor" and the online version of form will still be available under "My Forms". Please check the screenshot below:
