Request for updated bank details

    I received an email asking me to update my payment details because my payment was declined. I received it from the following email address

    Is this legitimate or a scam? As I have changed bank since my last payment (I think) I may need to update the details. How can I do this on the website please?

    Upon checking, your auto-renewal subscription has been canceled because your credit card has been declined. The email you receive is from FastSpring and it is legitimate.
