How to solve form not available error

    I m trying to publish this but I get a message saying form not available,

    I need it by the end of today!!!!

    Hello, 

    It looks like your form is currently disabled. You can fix the problem by enabling the form again. 

    Please, follow these:

    1. On your form builder page, open up SETTINGS at the top and click on FORM SETTINGS on the left handside. Then edit the FORM STATUS as Enabled.
