How can I download all surveys as pdfs in a batch (automated way via submission does not produce zip file)

    Dear Support


    I would need your assistance to receive the zip file with all the Mountain Governance Surveys in the MRI archived reports, as JotForm is not providing it automatically and we did not receive an email for three days now

    Have you requested another export of your submissions as PDF? I checked and 71% of your files are ready. Once all data is ready you will receive it via email.

    We had an issue with PDF reports in the past two days. Most likely because of that, you did not receive an email with your PDF reports. This issue was resolved by our developers and you should receive your PDF reports shortly. If you do not receive them in next hour, let us know. 

    You can also download your PDF reports from the PDF Editor and JotForm Inbox.
