I am trying to cancel my paid membership to revert back to a free account, but every time I try to enter my username and password it says it's invalid. I do not want to be billed next month for a service that I will not be using often. I do want to keep my account because I will be using it again in the future, but at the moment the free account will suffice.

You have paid Your JotForm subscription using our payment gateway, Plimus. Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.
I have already canceled your subscription for you. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires. You are scheduled for downgrade on April 11, 2011.
