all notification emails are sent to dropdown selection

    I set up a contact form months ago. The form has a dropdown that allows you to choose who you want to submit the form to. Up until several days ago it has been working correctly. Users can choose 1 of 2 emails to submit to and the form would be sent to the email they chose.

    Now, it doesn't matter which you choose. The form is submitted to both emails no matter which you choose.

    How do i correct this problem?

    I have checked your form but I can't seem to find any condition that would redirect the user to the notification email.
