Link Download Form

Hello,

I tried to upload a link of the form to a 'member portal' we have, and when I try to open it, it 'downloads' it, and then takes me to my download files to try to open it, and it doesn't do anything.  It looks like its going to open something, and nothing comes up. 

Why isn't it opening as a webpage?  

Could you please share the link you used? (that you sent to the member portal)

It must be something related to the link.
