How can I edit a submission?

Some one completed a form, but then called because they made a mistake and needed me to change their selection. I can add their selection, but it won't delete the wrong one. Can I change it?

Since the field that you are referring to is a radio field with single option, it is not possible to uncheck the option. You may consider creating a new submission with the same information by changing the value of the field and delete the old submission. 

In order to enable the uncheck the option for the input table field, you may change the field type to Check box from the field properties.
