Can I create a detailed staff database using jotform?

    I currently use jotform for our staff to fill out various forms: personal details form, contract aggrement, feedback form, employee information form, etc.

    Is it possible to create a large staff database using jotform. Am I able to add info to a submitted form? e.g upload scans of certificates, add notes, info staff have submitted, etc. 

    I will be requiring our database to hold the following information:

    Personal Info (Name, DOB, Add, etc)
    CV file (prob word file, staff has emailed us)
    Employement info (what jobs they have done, dates, etc)
    Application form (jotform file)
    Contract form signed (jotform file)
    Training record (notes on what each staff has done)
    Qualifications (upload scans)
    Notes (which can be added to)

    Thanks for this. We are on a paid plan with you as we do get quite a few submissions already. So how do I get all the various submissions into 1 organised database?

    Each form will have different fields as they will contain different information, some forms will be submitted by our staff and other forms will be created by us for the staff member.
