I've looked through the forum, and i have found similar ideas..but here goes.

I have a customer application form, i have it in 2 pages. I want the customer to complete the first page, and on signing and submitting the form, the second page, which i really would like to be hidden from the customer, gets sent to the representative chosen in a drop down on the first page, and have the rep answer the questions on the second page, but also able to see the first page of info, and once they complete the second page submit the entire form to another individual.

What are the steps to make this doable.

Have you already created the form so we reviewed it?

Generally, I can suggest to add URL parameters to 'edit' links. There is an option to load form on specific page.

For example, if you need to send second page of form to be filled out, you can use this link:

    https://www.jotform.com/edit/{submissionID}?jumpToPage=2

I have checked your form and it seems you have created a condition to hide your page 2.

You may try to use the Get Form Page URL widget and the show condition to show your field when the form is edited.

You may check this guide for more information. -General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

Please give it a try and let us know if you have further questions.
