Multi column forms

    Is it possible to have forms with multiple columns (field sets)?

    Hi phantomdentist,

    Yes, multicolumn forms are possible with JotForm. Please follow this thread for more information:

    For radio buttons and checkboxes, there is an additional option called "Spread Columns" which allows you to arrange the options according to the number of columns of your choice.

    Simply click the Spread Columns button in the Properties tab toolbar, then enter the number of columns you want in the form. Then click OK.
