Greetings,
I want to create an online order form that collects payments. I see that I can create a form or I can create an payment form, but how do I link the two together so that if customers want to fill out an order form, it's just a click to take payment, plus their form is sent to me for fulfillment? I didn't see how to do that.
Thanks very much.

You need to use "User Defined Amount" payment type to give users two options you said. Basically, you will create the products outside of the payment field. After, with the help of a single choice field, you will show or hide the payment field according to users' choice. Please note that, if you hide the payment field with show/hide condition, the form can be submitted without payment details. Please look at my sample.
1. I have used two dropdowns as products. 2. Define the options as the number of products. 3. Add the form calculation widget to calculate the total amount. 4. Make this calculation. I assumed the first product is $25 and the second product is $50. Please do not forget to hide this widget.
5. Add Authorize.Net payment field, select the "User Defined Amount" payment type and get the price from our "Total" field. 6. Add a single choice field to get the users' choice. 7. Finally, create this condition. We will show the payment field if the users want to make the payment now.
This is my sample form. Please check and contact us if you have any questions.
