Do you offer integrations with electronic record systems?

Hello, we do not have an account with JotForm so we were wondering if JotForm integrates with Electronic Health Record Systems? Or a form that is completed, how is it stored and then accessed by clinical staff? Does it have to be exported from the JotForm interface and then imported in the EHR system? Is there a number that I can call to ask questions about the system?

Welcome to JotForm! You may register a free account to get to know the product. Basically, the information that you collect through your forms can be accessed through your JotForm account, and also via email notifications.

We don't have an integration with an Electronic Record System. Unfortunately, we don't have support over the phone, we provide support via forum, and email at support@jotform.com.
