Where are the completed forms my clients submitted?

    Hi.  I never received the intake forms that my last two clients completed via JotForm. Nor are they appearing in my account when I log onto jotform.com.  Both clients said they clicked the "submit" button at the end of the forms, but for some reason they don't seem to be coming through.  

    Any ideas what could be going wrong?

    I checked your Client Intake form and it seems the last submission received on this form was on June 09, 2019. I cloned and tested this form. I successfully received the email notification. I also did not see any Incomplete submissions in your form. Kindly provide us a few additional information to troubleshoot:

    1. When did your last two clients fill and Submit the form?

    2. Could you check with your last two clients whether the "Thank you" page was displayed when they clicked on the "Submit" button?

    3. If not, did the page go blank or did they receive any error message?

    If they did view the "Thank you" page, then you should be receiving the email notification as you had received on June 09, 2019. Please check if your they received the autoresponder emails, since if they had submitted the form, they would be receiving the autoresponders also. Additionally, please check your SPAM folder also if by chance the emails are getting triggered there.
