E-Mails will not submitted at irregular intervals

    we have seen / expierenced that E-Mails will not submitted at irregular intervals. Is in jotform any option to authentificate the e-mail submitting through our mail server were e-mail domain belongs to for e.g. as smarthost.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    All the messages are being sent through our service, there is no way to set the authentication on this web App. It is recommended to configure the email notifications to use real sender email address noreply@jotform.com, and whitelist that email on your mail host.

    Also, it is possible that some email addresses ended up in our bounced list. If you provide us with the list of email addresses (or forms), we will be able to check them against the bounced list.
