Billing: How to change the payment from PayPal to Credit Card?

I'm trying to change the payment method to a new credit card, but when I go to do so, it takes me to my PayPal account, and I can't figure out what I need to do there.  Please advise me how to change the credit card on the account. Thank you.

You will need to cancel your current subscription in order to upgrade using a credit card. Unfortunately, PayPal subscriptions cannot be switched to a different payment method.

I see that you already scheduled to downgrade your account on 1st July. Once it is downgraded and set to Free, you can upgrade the account using the credit card.

No, you won't lose any data but you need to upgrade your account to Storage plan because you already reached the 500 submission storage limit. 

By the way, have you tried canceling your subscription on your PayPal account? If not, please try it by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

After that, you can upgrade your account to Storage plan immediately using your credit card.
