How can I edit the configruable list data in the Spreadsheet?

1) I had the second question in the configurable form as a static field, but it takes up too much space on a spreadsheet.  Is there a way to hide it so it doesn't go to the spreadsheet?

If not, how can I move the second question so it's beside the configurable list. Shrink didn't seem to do it.

Unfortunately, we cannot edit how the configurable list  will be manifested in the Google Sheet as it acts as a single field for the  form.
