Numeric Slider: make the sliding motion smooth.

Is there a way to make the numeric slider smother. It is especially bad on mobile devices. 

Instead of the little circle jumping to the next number, it should move gradually. Once it gets to the right spot, the number should change.

That needs to be modified from the backend's widget source code. What I can do is forward this to our L2 team as a feature request so they can add this to their potential features list.
