    I am really sorry but  I am now angry.
    I did everything that you told me to do and I was trying this with another computer and with my smartphone and it  does not work. So its a technical problem, because i cannot remove the brand too (I´ve tried this on differnet pcs and smarthphones)

    Our apologies for the difficulties you are facing. As I check your account, it is already on Bronze plan. Could you please clear your browser cache and login to account again? 

    Regarding 2 payments that you've made, we have now requested a refund for one of subscriptions, which you've cancelled. Please expect the return within 7-10 business days. 

    Your account now has only 1 Bronze subscription, so everything should work correctly.

    I checked your account and it is active and on Bronze monthly plan. And Jotform branding is not showing.


    I checked your previous related threads and what could have happened is that, since you had two active subscriptions (and you canceled one), that cancelation triggered a downgrade, but that is taken care of.
