Payment integration problem

    I have just posted the following message through the "send feedback" button in the Stripe payment integration module in JotForm. I suppose it went to Stripe:

    We (Suzuki Music Brussels) have recently begun using payment integration with Stripe in our forms this year. One of the forms ("2019 workshop inscription form") is working successfully. With the other form ("2019 Garderie Inscription Form"), however, I do not seem to be able to switch the payment module to the "live" mode. I have tried three times. Each time I check, the form is indicated as "connected" to Stripe but still in "test" mode. When I select "live", I am asked to reconnect. Usually I must try this twice before the form appears as "connected" again, and in live mode. The problem then seems solved; but at the bottom the message still appears asking me to connect when I try the "continue button", which doesn't work. A few hours later the form will again appear to be in "test" mode.

    I have just tried again a fourth time and this time was smoother, I reconnected easily after switching to live mode and the "continue" button worked, so maybe this time it will be ok. Still, even if the problem has somehow solved itself (to be confirmed), this has been very annoying.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. As I check your form now, it is connected in live mode. I assume there could be a cache problem. If the problem will happen again, please try connecting form via incognito (private) window of your browser. 

    Just in case, I have now cleared form caches for your account.
