I work for Central Computer and we use Jotform for our facebook free giveaway events where our fans will have to input their info into a form to enter to win prizes.
However, no one can access the forms through their mobile devices.
Is this not supposed to happen? Let me know more details on this.

Can you please give the form URL and the Facebook page that this form is embedded from so we can assist you better. Thank you!

JotForm's form is viewable on any type of mobile device. However, since facebook app has its limits on mobile devices, we'd would suggest to use Static HTML Iframe App as it supports mobile viewing. Check the screen below to learn how to get the FB Tab Link for mobile .
If you are already using Static HTML Iframe App as explained on this guide: Adding Form to Facebook, there's an available short URL on the upper right side on the Stic HTML app when you are on edit mode. That should allow you to access your form on mobile device.
