We'd like to speak with someone about service rules and pricing. We are still receiving some forms even though our site says we've reached our quota. Do we need to upgrade?

When your uploads over the limit 100 MB, your forms will be disabled. I recalculated your uploads. The uploads size decreased to 93.20 MB. Looks like your limits are not enough for you. You can check our plans from our pricing page.
