How can I allow multiple entries from the same person?

People are trying to make multiple entries but it will not allow.  How can i change it on my form to accept multiple entries?

I have checked the latest form that you have modified and it appears the form is set to be disabled based on the number of submissions the form has already acquired. You can find to increase the limit of that option on the Form Settings of your form on the builder page. You can also just set the form to "Enabled" to remove the limit.
