Why submissions showing as unread even though they are "read"?

    for some reason 22 submissions are in the "unread" tab and they have been marked as read.  can you fix?

    That's likely a cache in the form failing to update the unread count. You can fix that by clearing your forms cache:

    or, by manually marking submissions as read. Select the form > Click More > Click Mark all as read:

    Since I had marked everything as read I’m guessing it was a cache Thing. Anyway, it’s fixed now.
