How can a user resume an entry and complete an incomplete payment?

I have multiple users who have told me that they've been kicked off during the payment process. They are now showing up in my "incomplete payments" section. How can I help them to resume the submission so they can complete the payment?

As mentioned on this guide, completing Incomplete Payments on your Submission Page will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports.

The submission is made even if the payment is not completed, however, it will not be displayed on the submissions page, until you complete manually the payment. Please refer to this guide on how to view incomplete payments:

You can set-up an Incomplete Payment Notification so every time that there is an incomplete payment, you will be notified thru email:
