    This is all well and good but how does one include the payment information in the emailed result?

    Hi Leo,

    Usually, the emailed result is triggered once the payment transactions is successfully completed. 

    You will know the non-completed or non-successful transactions for the payment form because you will find them in the Incomplete Payment page (when you go to My Forms / Submissions page).

    Simply put, you will only get email notifications for successful payments. But nothing when not completed.

    I receives emails of successful payment but have not receive funds.
