It seems like you could include a new link in the reply? I ask because we are looking for a new way for parents to register their children for a supplemental school program. If at the end of the year we could reply to their original response and say, "If all of your contact information is the same, please just follow the link to select the programs you wish to enroll your child in."

No text in the response?

I'm not sure if I understand you exactly but, are you referring to the autoresponse email that is sent to people who have filled out your form?

Currently, when a family registers I hit reply and send them an email saying, "Thank you for registering, we have received your submission..."
For the following year, I am trying to make it so they don't have to re-enter all of their information. I am thinking of saying, "Please review the information below. If it is correct, please follow this link to choose your child's new classes." It does not look like to can add a hyperlink to the email though, it would just be the link shown.

Do you mean you are sending each registrant an email manually after you look at their submissions? I hope I'm wrong because that is such a gruesome task. Our autoresponder does that thing automatically.
I think I understand what your concern is now. Unfortunately, there is no way for an email alert to pull out or link to information from past submissions. Nothing built in with Jotform that I could think of.
The only way I could think that this be made possible is to have submitted information dumped into a database, like mysql and then have php pull out the information and link to that information but doing this would require mad programming skills and of course, time and effort.
