Can I change the format of a form once it's created?

Can I change my current form from a single question per page format to an all questions on one page format?

The reason I am asking is that I don't want to have to recreate a completely new form since the current one that I have has been set up with all of the conditions, email notifications and integrations. I would hate to have to re-do all of that just to change the format of the form, but keep all of the questions the same.
