Entrant address not matching card payment and failing on stripe

    I seem to have an issue with entrants wanting to sign up to an event. They add their own address and if the postcode on this address doesn't match postcode of card I presume payment fails.

    I believe the workaround is to select 'none' on USE FIELD AS BILLING ADDRESS. Is there a better process as I presume this is an anti-fraud procedure.

    And does the none option actually work?

    Credit card check is being handled on Stripe end when user enters details and, for security reasons, payments can be declined if incorrect postcode is entered. I'm afraid we can not lift this requirement from our end. 

    Can you please provide some more information on what you mean by And does the none option actually work? ?
