How to export the data of input table in separate rows in exported excel?

We have been using the free version of JotForm for our church vacation bible registration and it has been great. Thank you.

I do have a question: In our registration, we have the parents fill out their basic information and then I have a table that they fill out with all of the information for the kids. I then export that out to excel and import into Access where I create sign-in cards for each child. My questions is this: when exporting out the submissions, it puts each record onto one line for each parent but also show each child on that one line. Since I create an information card for each child, I really need to have that export to multiple lines; one line for each child with the same basic information to print out on the card. Is this possible?

I did check your form and found that you have added "Input Table" field. Please note that when you export submissions in excel, it will always display the data in separate columns for each row and column of input table. Unfortunately it is not possible to show the data of input tables in separate rows of exported excel or excel report.

I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Grid Listing" report and see if that fits into your requirement: https://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report

    Hope this helps.
