What would cause the Auto-Save feature to fail?

    Hi guys

We are using this form https://form.jotform.co/pitchbox/project-submission-form

to accept project information from our customers.

We have the Auto-Save options set to "Enabled."

I have questions about multiple projects being uploaded at once, and how this form would perform with Auto-save on. We have had some issues today.

    1. If a customer has one project to send, the form seems to work OK. But if they have more than one project to send - will the form fail to work properly if eg. they have two forms open in two windows?

    2. What if they complete submission of one form, reach the Thank You page and then use the "back" button in their browser to return to the start of the form, and fill it out again (deleting and replacing previous entries), will this cause confusion for the form?

For reference, we have one form that is used by multiple customers for multiple projects they may have over time. One form per project.

For this reason I don't have any of the cookie/unique submissions settings turned on. Each customer needs to be able to fill out a new copy of the same form every time they submit a new project to us.

Should I also have the Auto-save feature turned off?

No, that shouldn't affect, those submissions will be separate instances, and they should work fine.

No, the form will be submitted again, and that will be new submission.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
