Problems with form multiple submissions in form?

    Hallo Jotform-team,

    I have a problem with my form.
    If a club has already registered with a club name, no further notification of this club can be made later.

    How can you change that ?

    If you mean that your users are not able to submit the form more than one time, that's because of the setting you have: 

    Unique Submission

    If you want to allow your users to submit the form more than once, then you should disable that in settings page: https://www.jotform.com/build/80913992323359/settings/general
