When customers have already booked once with us and are attempting to book again for a same payment page but a different service we use. They are unable to submit their second form.
Can you please explain why and also take off this restriction?

Hi,
This is a multiple submission feature in your form.
You must have set Unique Submission to ON.
To disable the feature and allow multiple submissions again on your form, go to your Form Settings / Unique Submission option and set the option to No Check.
