You have reached your Jotform submissions limit

    I was using the Jotform for a registration of a sports event that takes place only once per year. As I was not aware in advance about the acceptance of our event, I expected to be on the safe side with the 100 submissions. Now I had to learn that I was wrong with my expectations.

    Question: is it possible to get an extension for another X- submissions for example for a limited period of time or can the account be re-opened/re-used for example in July?

    As mentioned before for this account is used for an event once per year.

    I would very much appreciate a positive response.

    As a starter account, you can get 100 submissions per month. And this month, you have got 98 submissions.  
    You can subscribe to our monthly plans for one month and cancel at any time. Please check our pricing page. You can upgrade your account from there.  
    Also, you can disable your form after this paid period.
