Signature field is not showing in email notifications

    Hi,

    I have just finished my forms and when I tested them the signature field doesn't show up in the email sent.  But, when I log in and view it inside Jotform the form and the signature field appear as they should.

    I have attached a screen shot of what the email I receive looks like.

    One more thing, we are going to upgrade to the silver package.  Could you please confirm that once we do that all our forms will remain exactly the same and we won't have to do anything extra.  I ask because I am a web designer and my client is going to log in and pay for the silver package.  I need to confirm that they won't need to make an technical changes to the forms.

    We are sorry for this trouble. I cloned and tested all the four Consent forms in your account and was able to receive the signature correctly in the email notification. Meanwhile, I tested the standalone forms. 

    I checked the forms that were embedded on your website and would suggest you embed them using the iFrame code and check if you are able to receive the images correctly in the emails.

    Also please try to uncheck this option "Require log-in to view uploaded files" from your Account settings - https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
