When we upgrade to Silver, would all our forms remain exactly the same?

One more thing, we are going to upgrade to the silver package.  Could you please confirm that once we do that all our forms will remain exactly the same and we won't have to do anything extra.  I ask because I am a web designer and my client is going to log in and pay for the silver package.  I need to confirm that they won't need to make an technical changes to the forms.

After upgrading the account all your forms will remain the same. Only the subscription and account limits will be changed if you upgrade, but the forms and submission data will not be affected.
