develop forms in mobile app

I have a bunch of customers that want to order products while on the go, would the mobile app allow me to develop an interactive, confidential, customer portal that would facilitate them accessing the app and sending their orders in to me. (without giving them access to all my other forms??) Answers on a postcard please..

Also the logic of setting up the order form is quite involved (if then etc) I would prefer to develop the app on the desktop and then make it available mobilly (I know thats not a word.. yet)

The new JotForm mobile app is the same with the desktop version of our Form builder however this time you can create forms on demand.
