Reques to cancel subscription and refund

    I've not been using your system for a while, could you refund my latest subscription payment and cancel my subscription please?

    Hey Sid,

    Sure we can assist you here. But I can see that there is around 1.03 GB of uploads in your account. If required, you may consider downloading/exporting the same before we cancel the subscription. The reason for this suggestion is that once your account gets downgraded to Free, your account could get disabled due to the huge upload space. Once you have downloaded the required data, you can delete the submissions/uploads to free up space.
