I think I loaded it, but the info is still garbled, and its no longer asking me for a key

That's the encryption in the form. I checked your last form ID https://www.jotformpro.com/form/90835112703955 and seems like you have disabled the encryption. Note that disabling the encryption will not decrypt the current submissions in the form. The key is still needed to view/read the data, the encryption needs to be enabled to do that.

The old key prior to receiving the current submissions in the form is needed. Without it, I'm afraid your submissions are considered lost. The file name is the same, jotform.key. I would suggest searching your computer for the file.

Yes I used that key and it didn’t work—I just asked everyone to resubmit. Thanks

If it's a private key for the same account, it should still be accepted, but it will only decrypt certain submission, depending on when it was generated.

When loading the private key, what window do you get after? I suggest that you try loading the key on Incognito mode (Chrome) or Private window (Firefox).

Let us know how it goes.
