Mobile Forms: Syncing is slow

Hi, the new mobile application just keeps saying syncing when I try to use it, is this because of the high volume on launch day, or can this be expected regularly?

Apologies for experiencing such issue. I can see that you have created multiple forms on your account. Please note that the number of forms you have on account will affect how much time it needs to sync, especially when accessed for the first time, which seems to be normal as what other apps do.

Also, the quality of internet connection being used contributes to the downloading speed.

Once completely synced, you'll be able to load forms faster as the app already has its data downloaded to your device.

Wow, there should be a way to select the forms that you want to use with the mobile app, otherwise, it is pretty much useless!

I have a pretty fast connection and it has been syncing all day.

Very disappointing, considering all the hype :(

Apologies for this inconvenience. I believe that what you want is a great recommendation. In that way, the user can only choose what he wants to be synced on the app and what's not. Thank you for sharing us the idea.

I will be endorsing this as a feature request so that our developers can take a look at it. I may not be able to provide you a turn around time when will this be implemented, but once an update is available, we will notify you via this thread.

And with regards to the "Syncing" issue, please let us know if you still experienced it until now. Once all your forms were loaded, it shouldn't be there unless you created another form and/or you have received a new submission.
