    Can you please share to us the form in question?

    To clarify, the form was submitted already and your user would like to edit the submission?

    Or have you setup your form to save and continue but the URL link to the session is not working correctly?

    Tax Planning Questionnaire. It is a very extensive document. The client Lonnie Carmichael said he got through 66% of it and can no longer get back to it.

    I have checked your autoresponder and it seems you're using the link to your form builder and not the Form URL.

    The correct URL would be https://www.jotform.com/90113548617153?session={email}

    However, it seems your users are able to continue with the form using that link.

    To clarify, the autoresponder link your user receive will not redirect the user to his form?

    Do note that forms sessions that are pending for more than 3 months will be automatically deleted.
